"Self-reflection, diversity of thought, and a safe environment are needed for open dialogue and actionable change".
~ A Continuous Conversation between Dr. Carpenter and Dr. Kuchinka ~
Internal and external factors and experiences create our reality and make us who we are. A critical examination and understanding of the intersecting elements of our individual and collective realities helps us improve interpersonal relationships, communities, and our overall collective existence.
The purpose and driving force of this conference is to seek out further critical examination of intersectional elements that make up who we are and provide an equitable space for all to come, consider, and grow through dialogue and discourse.
